Plant History

Purchased from Blackheath nursery and planted in Spring 2023.

Died rapidly in Summer 2024/25 from unknown causes. A large number of its inner leaves started to die off and it didn’t recover. Trimmed out and removed and replaced.

Personal Musings

This was the first plant that I grew and liked that died. It was my least favourite of the grevilleas, but nonetheless I mourn its passing. I must learn to accept such things in the garden and I think this is one of the most important garden lessons.
