Peacock
Overview
The peacock visited for a few brief days in the Winter of 2025. Our neighbour said that he roosted in our tree one night.
Personal Musings
Yes. A peacock. That great Australian native bird. For some reason he was prowling the streets for a couple of weeks and deigned us with this presence.
What was he doing? Who did he belong to (or was he his own peacock)? Did he ever find a nice peahen? We will never know these things.
